Pilates Matwork 

What you’ll love

The wisdom to the sequence of the exercises. 

The way it uses your own body weight for moves in all directions.

The practice can be strong, chilled, hard or slow and all aspects of it are enjoyable!

This exercise routine works for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

What to expect

Pilates Matwork will help you get stronger, more balanced, and coordinated! It uses your whole body and only needs a mat - no fancy equipment. 

The exercises use your own weight for resistance, and you'll learn a bunch about how your body moves.

Pilates Fusion

What you’ll love
